La vista di David

Florence, Italy, is an amazing city. Everything you look at is almost fantastically unbelievable. In the summer of 2014, Keith, Britt and I climbed the ka-trillion steps to get high above the city at Piazzale Michelangelo, so we could witness this view. Without moving, and with little conversation, we stared at it until the sun set. And then we drank wine. The ancient plethora of steps were much easier on the way down.

La vista di David (David's View) took 163 hours to create. I started it on May 12th. It is now December 8, and today I am finished. It is exciting to be finished, because it means that soon, I can move on to the next project. Be sure to listen to Cat Stevens sing Peace Train as you click through the pictures below.
